It is the world of the celestial spheres, where the soul traverses in its astral body both before and after birth and is often thought to be occupied by angels, spirits, or other ethereal beings.
Some people believe that the astral plane is a place where you can connect with your higher self, or with God. Others believe that an astral plane is a place where you can find out information about the future.
